Douglas Vojivoda began his journey in 2012 in the travel agency area and soon opened his own company. Today, he leads a wide group with three independent brands: Travel Management Company (TMC) specialized in corporative trips and events; Luxury Travel, that provides exceptional experiences in trips; and a third brand focused on offering affordable products with maximum comfort and excellent price for vacation trips. 

Always curious for innovations, Douglas studies technology and expertise to offer amazing results. Passionate for experimenting and knowing diverse cultures, he gets inspired to create solutions and elevates even more the quality of his products and services for all the clients in his groups.

A Turismologist passionate about the art of exploring the world and building memorable experiences for the travelers. Post graduate in History of art, she became a greedy explorer of museums. With a journey that took her to Buddhist temples from Thailand and to the charming streets of Bordeaux, she absorbed the essence of each culture that she visited. Today Pamela is the supervisor of the Voji crew.

Graduated in Linguistics and Literature (focused on the English language) and bachelor in translation by UEM, Danielle had already lived in San Francisco, California. She believes that every place we visited, and every experience we lived became a part of us. For her traveling is, somehow, a way to always find more about ourselves.

Passionate about trips, people and love stories, Heloiza is a rainbow, beach and sunny days lover. Music and restaurant enthusiast, she attests: “I have a thousand of Heloizas inside of me”. Heloiza’s dream is to leave her mark in the world, she believes that in every experience she designs, there is something about her.

A charming experience designer, Isabella is an enthusiast for amusement parks. She lived in Thailand and worked in The Walt Disney World in Orlando. Isabella is a specialist in The United States and Asia.

Back to Brazil after 10 years living in Europe,Paloma is ahead of the best Voji’s negotiations. A graduate in International Business by Duale Hochschule in Germany and in Tourism by UFPR, she takes up the position of product analyst, adding abilities in languages and masters the power of negotiations acquired abroad. An enthusiast about people and curious about nature, she is always searching for new ways of seeing the world through personal connections.

With more than 7 years of experience in the world of communication and marketing, Tainara is a publicist and passionate about the area of brands and experiences. Now, she is the head of the marketing department of Voji, leading all the communication and delight of the clients.

Formado em Romance Languages pela Dartmouth College, sua paixão por viagens vem da paixão por idiomas e por conhecer novas culturas. Com experiências com inglês, francês e espanhol, busca conhecer lugares novos, mesmo que de longe, por meio das línguas.
